Jim Filicetti, CPA

Owner/Principal

Jim Filicetti has a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin and is a member of both the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. 

Prior to founding KJ Tax & Accounting, Jim spent many years in public accounting and in the private sector in positions ranging from Controller of a building materials company to Chief Financial Officer in a large manufacturing firm.

Jim is a CPA, registered to practice before the IRS. Thus, one of his many specialties at KJ's is in assisting clients with their tax deficiencies. He's been very successful in settling hundreds of state and federal cases to his clients' satisfaction. Jim also is the primary contact for addressing new business start-up issues and all financial consulting needs, from personal to corporate issues alike. Additionally, he serves as one of the final reviewers of tax returns once completed by his, albeit quite capable, team!

Further, Jim is an Intuit Solution Provider and a Certified Quickbooks® Proadvisor.

Tammy Grisham

Senior Tax Accountant

Tammy Grisham is an innovative and driven accounting professional with an extensive knowledge of accounting principals, QuickBooks, and income tax procedures. Tammy has spent the last 20 years as a self employed bookkeeper/accountant providing a wide range of bookkeeping services to small businesses. Tammy loves the outdoors and enjoys her summers camping with her five grandchildren. Tammy  is self motivated and focused on achieving top results for business and clients.

Joanne Fritsch, CPA

Accounting Manager

Joanne Fritsch has a BS in Accounting from Carroll University and is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She has 10 years of experience in private practice and 20 years in public accounting, including 10 years previously with KJ Tax. She is excited to be back with the firm, working with and helping clients in their financial needs.
Joanne specializes in helping business clients keep organized financial statements and compliant tax returns, as well as tax planning and preparation for individual clients. She also assists with software conversions to QuickBooks, and works on various other financial projects, as needed, to serve our clients.
In her spare time, Joanne likes to golf, ski, garden, cook and spend time with family and friends.

Angela Kienast

Pro Advisor

Angela Kienast joined the KJ Tax & Accounting team in February of 2014. She is a Quickbooks Online Pro Advisor. Angela enjoys helping others reach success. In fact, when Angela is not helping her clients, she can be found coaching volleyball ( for the past 13 seasons) or track (for the past 6 seasons) at Waterford Union High School. Angela is also the Treasurer for a local Homeowners Association.
